Why should we hire you over the other graduates we are interviewing?
Do not compare yourself to people you have never met. Pick two or three things the role needs, give one piece of evidence for each from your projects, work or study, and end with why this role fits you. Evidence the panel can check beats adjectives every other graduate also uses.

Answer
Short answer
Answer with evidence, not comparison. "Why should we hire you" is asking which of the role's needs you can already meet. Pick two or three requirements from the job description, give one checkable example for each, and close with why this particular role suits you. You cannot know the other candidates, so do not pretend to.
