You can retake the online assessment after a waiting period. Should you, and what do you change first?
Retake an online assessment only after you know which section cost you and have practised that section under the same timer. First check the invitation or ask the recruiter whether a new score replaces the old one and whether other employers can see either attempt.

Answer
Short answer
Retake only when something has changed. A second online assessment taken with the same preparation tends to produce the same score, and it may sit next to the first one. Before booking, confirm what the retake replaces and who sees it, diagnose which section lost you marks, then practise that section under the real timer.
