It is a screening question, not an icebreaker: answer in about ninety seconds with what you do now, the two or three steps that made you a fit for this requisition, and why this role, so the recruiter can repeat you to the hiring manager in two sentences.
Say yes if it is true, give a stage and a rough timeline without naming companies, and use it to set a decision date rather than to imply a bidding war. Inventing a process you do not have is the one answer that can end badly.
Say plainly how much of the requirement you have, name the nearest real thing you have done and what transfers from it, and let the recruiter decide. Overstating at the screen buys a technical round you will fail; going quiet ends the process on the call.
